About H.H. Sudhanshuji Maharaj
On May 2, 1955 in Saharanapur district of Uttar Pradesh, a spiritual master was born. At an early age Yashpal Sudhanshu showed a keen interest towards vedic knowledge and social service. He was always concerned for the well-being of others and dedicated to the mission of uplifting society. He began his path of spirituality, and after years of reflection, Sudhanshuji Maharaj started sharing his knowledge. His simple style and charismatic personality appeals to all ages.
Sudhanshuji Maharaj founded Vishwa Jagriti Mission (VJM) on the auspicious day of Ramnaumi, March 24,1991. He has successfully set up ashrams to fulfil his goals, such as the Anand Dham Ashram in Delhi, which is the epitome of social service. It has a home for the aged, a Center of International Cultural Education, a collection of books at the Library, a well-equipped cow shed (Gaushala), a lecture hall (Yagnashala) and rooms for guest (Atithiniwas).
The VJM has now spread throughout the world, with centers in Chicago, Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and many more.
